This month we added assessment duplication, improved reports, and completed various bug fixes.

Assessment Duplication

This feature allows authorized individuals (typically supervisors) to duplicate an assessment. This is particularly handy when a supervisor completes a formal assessment and would like to create an official assessment shortly thereafter without going through the entire process again.

Report Filtering

All reports now filter out terminated employees by default. This is a no-brainer in retrospect. Additionally, when analyzing market-based pay, you can now filter for positions in the aggregated data. This is useful for cohort comparison and "sanity checks" on the data you've received or collected.

Bug Fixes

Bugs happen. A broken link here, a misrepresented piece of data there. We prioritize bug fixes ahead of feature development, meaning that technical debt is kept to a minimum.

Conclusion

Next month? We're planning a maintenance release for February which will tackle several small feature requests at once.
